Meetly is the scheduling and video meeting tool built and run by Exodus Labs AI. Share your link, people pick a slot from your real availability, and you meet in the browser. No account to create on their side, nothing to install on yours.
Three things, done end to end. Everything below is what the tool actually performs today.
Your link shows only the slots you are genuinely free for, in the visitor's own time zone. Several appointment types, each with its own duration, questions and branding.
Meetly reads your calendar so a booked hour never shows as free, and writes the appointment straight into it with the guest invited and the room link attached.
Every appointment gets its own room. Your guest clicks the link, waits at the door until you let them in, and joins. No download, no account, no plug-in.
Only the person who owns the diary connects it, from their own back office, and only ever for these three things.
We do not sell, rent or share your calendar data, and we do not use it for advertising or to train any model. You can disconnect the calendar from your back office at any time, or revoke the access yourself from your Google account, which stops it immediately. What we keep, how long, and how to have it erased is set out in the privacy notice.
Meetly is built and operated by Exodus Labs AI, which designs and runs automation systems for businesses. This domain serves that one tool and nothing else.
The full legal identity of the contracting entity, its registration details and its registered address are stated on every proposal, order form and invoice we issue, and are available on request.
